摘要
在接钻具时,为了防止钻井液喷溅,将压缩气体注入立管以驱动钻井液下行。设计了一套机电一体化装置用于气体自动注入,该设备包括用于流量控制的气动高压球阀、压力变送器、PLC控制器及人机界面等。试验结果表明:该设备可以减少接钻具时的泥浆喷溅,改善工作环境,减轻劳动强度,消除事故隐患,在钻井领域具有良好的应用前景。
In order to prevent drill fluid splash during drilling tool connection,condensed air is injected into standpipe to drive drilling fluid down.A special mechatronic device used for air automatic injection was designed.This device consists of several major parts:pneumatic high pressure ball value for flow control,pressure transmitters,PLC acting as a controller and HMI(Human Machine Interface) etc.The result indicates that the system can reduces the amount of drill fluid during pipe connection,improves working environment,lightens labor intensity and eliminates accident potential.The experiments show that the method is very promising in drilling field.
