摘要
在以三乙基铝(MEt_3)为助催化剂、n(A1)/n(Ti)为300、聚合压力为0.10MPa、聚合温度为30℃、通人氢气3mL、环己基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(CHMMS)与Al的摩尔比为0.033、聚合2h的条件下,球形MgCl_2载体催化剂的活性为607g/g,聚1-丁烯的等规指数为82.3%。依催化剂活性大小,外给电子体的顺序为:CHMMS,二环戊基二甲氧基硅烷(DCPMS),二异丁基二甲氧基硅烷(DIBMS),二异丙基二甲氧基硅烷(DIPMS),二苯基二甲氧基硅烷(DDS);依聚1-丁烯等规指数大小,外给电子体的顺序为DCPMS,DIPMS,DIBMS,CHMMS,DDS。
The activity of the spherical MgC12-supported catalyst for 1-butene polymerization reached 607 g/g and the isotacticity index of poly(l-butene) prepared with the catalyst attained 82.3% under the following optimal conditions: triethyl aluminum as coeatalyst, molar ratio of A1 to Ti 300, polymerization pressure 0.10 MPa, polymerization temperature 30 ℃, hydrogen 3 mL, molar ratio of cyclohexyl methyl dimethoxy silane (CHMMS) to A1 0.033 and reaction time 2 hr. The ranking of external electron donors could be expressed in descending order on the basis of either the catalyst activity as CHMMS, dicyclopentyl dimethoxy silane(DCPMS), diisobutyl dimethoxy silane (DIBMS), diisopropyl dimethoxy silane (DIPMS) and diphenyl dimethoxy silane(DDS), or the isotaeticity index of poly(1-butene) as DCPMS, DIPMS, DIBMS, CHMMS and DDS.
