摘要
[目的]开展肿瘤专科进修医师培训评估工作,为进一步提高进修医师培训质量提供依据。[方法]自行设计调查问卷,采取声誉评分的评价方法对2009年和2010年招收的进修生就岗前培训和结业满意度评价进行统计分析。[结果]岗前培训"进修任务与目的"、"影像诊断申请单的规范书写"、"临床基本操作——气管切开"和"手术室管理及无菌操作规范"满意度"很好"在91.80%~98.18%之间。科室教学活动质量评价为优者占71.70%;带教老师教学能力评价强者占90.25%;专业技能提高以医学理论知识(73.58%)和临床决策(82.39%)为主,沟通能力提高进步较大占60.69%;收获的主要渠道是老师讲授和示范观摩,同时辅以自学的形式。[结论]进修医师培训总体效果良好,教学团队实力较强,应进一步提高科室核心竞争力,完善进修生培训评价体系,促进教学质量提高。
[Purpose] To carry out the assessment on cancer-specialist advanced training in order to provide evidence for improving training quality.[Methods] Satisfaction degree of pre-job training and graduation from cancer physicians enrolled in 2009 and 2010 was analyzed and evaluated by self-designed questionnaires and evaluation method of reputation score.[Results] The proportions of choosing "Very good" were between 91.80%~98.18% in "training mission and purpose","the standardized written of diagnostic imaging application form","clinical basic operations-tracheotomy" and "management and practices in sterile operating room" sections.The excellent teaching quality evaluation accounted for 71.70%.The proportion of choosing "strongest" on teachers' teaching ability was 90.25%.The professional skills of theoretical medical knowledge(73.58%) and clinical decision-making ability(82.39%) were mainly improved.Communication ability progressed significantly,which accounted for 60.69%.The main studying patterns were the teachers' lecture and demonstration,supplemented by self-study.[Conclusion] The overall effect of physician training is good and teaching team is strong.However departments' core competitiveness should be further enhanced.Evaluation system should be better established in order to improve teaching quality.
