摘要
深圳宝安游泳馆工程总用钢量约800t,桁架截面为倒三角弧形,侧立面为弧形结构,该工程共11榀主桁架。由于单榀主桁架自重大、可提供结构拼装和吊机行走的施工场地狭小,施工安装难度较大。经过对场地特点、下部结构、质量要求、施工工期和技术措施等因素的综合分析,采用累积滑移施工方法和"一侧整体落位,两侧交替降落,同侧分步操作"的方案进行整体落放,其技术措施确保了工程施工的可靠性、安全性和经济性。为后续类似工程提供了可借鉴的宝贵经验。
With resupinate triangle section and arc lateral elevation, the steel-tube truss structure of Baoan Natatorium is composed of eleven tube trusses and consumes 800 t steel totally. Because of the high dead-weight of single truss and narrow yard for assembly and crane walking, it is difficult to assemble and construct. With the comprehensive analysis of construction yard, structural character, quality requirements, construction period and technical measures, the project adopts accumulating sliding construction method and "unilateral global subsiding, both sides subsiding alternately, step-by-step applying on the same side" to subside globally. The technical measures provides some valuable experiences for later projects because of the reliability, safety and economical efficiency.
