摘要
运用文献资料、历史研究、系统分析等研究方法,梳理了新中国成立60多年来竞技体育与群众体育关系的演进历程,分析了阶段性竞技体育与群众体育关系失衡的政治、经济与社会背景,强调指出必须按照科学发展观的要求,调控竞技体育与群众体育的非均衡发展,采取积极有效的措施,促进我国体育事业全面、协调、可持续发展。
According to methods of document collecting,historical research and logical analysis,the developing process of the relationship between competitive sports and mass sports since the birth of PRC is summarized.And the disequilibrium state between phased mass sports and competitive sports is analyzed in political,economic and social background.It is emphasized that effective measures should be taken to control the unbalanced development between mass sports and competitive sports according to scientific outlook on development.In this way,the national sports cause can be improved entirely,harmoniously and sustainably.
