摘要
针对长春岭油田超低温浅层压裂增产改造中常伴有凝胶浓缩、裂缝滑移、碱敏水敏及冷流体伤害等现象,研制了"七步法"压裂液体系优选技术。室内实验和现场应用结果表明,与目前该区使用的单一压裂液配方相比较,优选的压裂液具有聚合物浓度低、低温破胶彻底、有效控制裂缝纵向滑移、对地层和裂缝导流能力损害低等优点,增产效果显著。
Gel concentration, fracture slide, alkali sensitivity, water sensitivity curred frequently in the hydraulic fracturing transformation for increasing crude oil and cold fluid damage oc- production of the ultra low temperature shallow layer weakly viscous oil reservoir in Changchunlin Oilfield. In view of this, the author developed an optimized fracturing fluid system prepared with a "seven - step method". The results of both laboratory tests and field application have shown that the optimized fracturing fluid has the advantages of low polymer concentration, less damage thorough gel breaking at low temperature, effective control of longitudinal fraction slide and to stratum and fracture flow capacity, etc. compared to the fracturing fluid of one single component used in this area. The production was increased significantly after this fracturing fluid was used.
