股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折临床诊疗分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨同侧股骨干合并股骨颈骨折的临床特点及诊疗方法。方法手术治疗20例同侧股骨干合并股骨颈骨折进行回顾性分析。结果 16例股骨颈骨折一期愈合,2例股骨颈骨折不愈合,2例股骨头缺血性坏死。股骨干骨折愈合时间为8个月,未出现感染及钢板、螺钉断裂等并发症。根据Friedman等功能评定标准:优12例,良5例,差3例。结论同侧股骨干合并股骨颈骨折伤情复杂,股骨颈骨折容易漏诊,采用加压钢板和空心松质骨螺钉分别固定股骨干和股骨颈骨折具有操作简单、固定可靠的特点。
