摘要
基于军民融合式发展的战略视角对国防科技工业的工业化建设路径与使命进行了详细论述。首先,全面而深刻地解读了军民融合式发展的战略内涵,包括时代背景、理论来源、层次高度、立足角度、思想实质、目标指向、主体内容、建设重点、实施要素、实现方式、重大意义;其次,以党的四代中央领导核心军民结合思想为主线阐释了国防科技工业军民融合式的工业化发展路径;最后,提出了新的历史条件下国防科技工业军民融合式发展的工业化任务,涉及国家工业化基础的利用、行业壁垒的打破、辐射作用的发挥、产业结构的优化调整等。
In this thesis, author discusses the industrialization path and mission of defense science ＆ technology industry particularly from the strategic view of military and civilian integration. First, this thesis explains the strate- gic connotation of military and civilian integration completely, including the background, theoretical sources, level, field, goal, substance, content, emphases, factor, realization manner and importance. Second, the thesis describes the industrialization path of defense science ＆ technology industry which is directed by the idea of integrating mili- tary and civilian. At last, this thesis puts forward the task of industrialization on military and civilian integration of defense science ＆ technology industry.
