摘要
提出了一种新的钻压优化模型建模方法———神经网络法,它可以克服传统方法需要建立数学模型的缺陷,满足自动送钻对实时性的要求.给出了利用反向传播神经网络( B P 网络) 建立钻压优化模型的方法.计算机仿真研究表明:利用这种新方法建立的模型不但能够满足自动送钻实时优化钻压的要求。
A new modeling method based on neural network for optimizing the weight_on_bit (WOB) is presented. This method can overcome the shortcomings that arise in the establishment of a mathematical model with the traditional method, and therefore it meet the demand of the automatic bit feeding for the real time optimization. This paper also introduces the method for the establishment of the weight_on_bit optimizing model using the BP neural network. The computer simulation research shows that the model established with this new method can be used not only to meet the demands of the automatic bit feeding for the real_time optimization of WOB but also to optimize the parameters of the WOB during the off_line operation.
