摘要
目的探讨周目标教学管理在护理管理临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法将76名本科实习护生分为对照组和实验组,各38名。对照组护生采用传统教学;实验组护生采用周目标教学管理,即制订周目标并积极组织落实周目标。结果实验组护生临床能力及对教师的满意度得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论周目标教学管理可提高护生分析和解决护理管理问题的综合能力,提高护生对带教教师的满意度。
Objective To investigate the application and effects of one -week -objective management in the clinical practice teaching of nursing management. Methods A total of 76 students were divided into two groups, the control group and the intervention group,each with 38 students. The conventional teaching method was applied in the control group and the one - week - objective teaching method which was formulated and implemented was applied in the intervention group. Results Students'clinical competence and their satisfaction to teachers in the interrelation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The one - week - objective management can improve the abilities to analyze and solve problems of nursing students and can improve students'satlsfactlon to teachers.
