摘要
笔者根据货代员岗位的核心能力的要求,提出国际货代实务课程的目标,并基于货代员工作流程对课程进行整体设计和改革,以促进学生货代员职业岗位能力的形成,满足用人单位的需求。
In accordance with the core capacity requirements of freight forwarding staff,this article proposes capacity targets of the curriculum,and carries on reform based on the workflow.It promotes the formation of professional posts capacity to satisfy the demands of employers,and will improve and update in practice.
