摘要
对12名护理本科生进行焦点小组访谈,探索其对临床实习中学习关爱的看法。护生认为关爱的学习由关爱或不关爱事件诱发,临床实习中学习关爱的困惑源于临床工作繁重导致关爱病人时间不足。护理教育者要关注学生临床实习期间心理变化,给予积极诱导,让临床实习发挥其在关爱教育中的重要角色和功能。
12 baccalaureate nursing students were interviewed in depth to explore their perspectives on learning about caring during a clinical nursing practice. It was considered by the students that the learning about caring was induced by caring or non--caring incidents, and the confusions of learning about caring in practice came from heavy tasks versus less time. Nursing educators should pay attention to baccalaureate nursing students' psychological changes during practice, and give them active guidance , in the end clinical practice can fully play its key role and function in caring learning.
