摘要
煤炭企业是典型的资源依赖型企业,随着不可再生的煤炭资源逐渐枯竭和受生态环境保护约束的日益加大,我国越来越多的煤炭企业面临着如何通过产业转型实现持续发展的挑战。本文在借鉴已有相关研究成果的基础上,以我国具有代表性的江西萍乡矿业集团为个案,从"创新视角"对影响大型煤炭企业实施产业转型的关键成功因素进行深入分析,研究发现:不断地推进战略创新、制度创新、技术创新、管理创新是萍乡矿业集团产业转型取得成功并实现持续发展的关键。本文的研究可对相应资源型企业实施产业转型提供一定借鉴和参考。
Coal industry is a typical resource-dependent industry. With the depletion of the non- renewable coal resources and the increasing ecological and environmental protection, Chinese coal enterprises are facing growing challenges about how to achieve sustainable development through business restructuring. This paper takes one of the most representative enterprises, Jiangxi Pingxiang Mining Group as a case, and conducts an in-depth study from the perspective of inno- vation on the key factors impacting the business restructuring of large coal enterprises. It is found that the insistent implementation of strategic innovation, system innovation, technological innovation and management innovation is the key reason for the successful restructuring at Pingxiang Mining Group. This study may provide useful references for relevant enterprises.
