摘要
论述了制造业中远程服务技术的需求和发展、远程服务的内容以及远程服务技术在工业领域应用的前景．研究了企业如何适应这种变化，建立企业自己的远程服务体系，提出了实现远程服务的关键技术，以及实现远程服务现实可行的方法．最后介绍了远程维修的实验系统．
This paper discusses the requiremnts and devefopments of teleservice technology for manufacturing enterprises, the future of teleservice for indusny is also discussed. It is studied how the enterprises set up their own teleservice, the key technology to establish teleservice is given in the paper, at last a experiment system of telemaintenance is introduced.
