摘要
通过研制一种石墨管状流通式尼古丁传感器,建立了流动注射电位法测定尼古丁的新方法.探讨了实验的最佳条件,用10-5mol·L-1的尼古丁溶液作载液,以NaH2PO4-Na2HPO4缓冲溶液控制酸度,进样体积300μL,对1.0×104-~1.0×10-4mol·L-1的尼古丁溶液有良好的线性响应,相关系数0.9987,进样频率80次·h-1.该方法简便、快速、选择性好,适用于大批量烟叶及卷烟烟气样品中尼古丁的分析测试.
The potentiometric detedriation of nicotine with a flow - thtough electrode by injechon ahalsis has been studied. The elecnd is mad up of Polyaniline modified, tubulargraphite electrode and polyvinyl chloride sensitively membrane with silicotungstic acid as the electroactive material. There is excellent liner response in the rang of 10-4 ~ 10- 1 mol. L-1 of nicotine and the Sample was added per an hour. The proposed method is rapid, simple, convenient and has been applied successfully to determinate nicotine in tobacco and smoke from different cigarettes.
