摘要
建筑业农民工培训的意义重大,但现状不容乐观。由于政府、企业和个人在整个建筑业农民工培训体系中的角色定位不清晰、职责不明确,在某种程度上阻碍了建筑业农民工培训工作的发展。鉴于此,本文将通过对社会各方在农民工培训中应担任的角色以及他们的责任义务的研究,明确政府、建筑企业和农民工本人在加强建筑业农民工技能素质的工作中应发挥的作用。
The advantages of training for peasant workers in construction industry are significant.However,the current situation is probably not optimistic.As to the role absence,uncertainty of responsibilities of all parties involved in the training for the peasant workers in construction industry,the development of training for peasant workers in construction industry will be negatively affected.Therefore,this paper attempts to identify the role of government,construction enterprises and peasant workers which should be played in the project to increase the competence of peasant workers.
