摘要
水位监测是各水利部门的一项重要日常工作,测量水位、分析数据对水情预报、水量调控等水利工作都有着重要的意义。利用步进电机驱动特点,采用步进电机作为传感器动力和数据采集部件,通过调速轮提高传感器测量精度和传动力矩,用主动式测量方式进行水位测量,这在水位信息采集中具有一定的创新性。通过机械设计优化和控制理论研究,主动式水位量测精度可有效提高,这在河道、水库等水位测量方面具很大的应用前景。
Water-level monitoring is an important daily task of water resources departments.It is significant to measure and analyze the data of water level for hydrological forecasting and water regulation and control.According to the stepper motor features,stepper motors are used as a sensor power and data acquisition components.Flywheels are used to improve sensor accuracy and torque transmission.It is innovative to use active water-level measurement in the field of water-level information collection.Active water level measurement accuracy can be effectively improved by mechanical design optimization and control theory research,it has a prospect of wide application for the water-level in rivers and reserviors.
