摘要
在中方承包的海外工程施工项目中,输电线路现场更换施工分包商是一个不得已而为之的非常之举。以缅甸输电线路工程EPC总承包为例,对更换施工分包商可能面临的若干后果进行了分析,针对可能出现的问题提出了相应对策,对工程风险防范以及实施"走出去"战略具有参考价值。
Changing the sub-contractor is a very last resort measure for the overseas power transmission line project. By taking the power transmission EPC project in Myanmar for example, this paper analyzes the consequences that the EPC contactor may face if the sub-contractor is changed during project construction, and proposes corresponding measures, which can provide a reference for overseas projects and for preventing project risks.
