摘要
介绍了特高压交流输电试验示范工程与三华电网的基本情况,从能源优化配置、经济发展以及提高电网安全稳定运行水平等方面论证了三华特高压同步联网的必要性,从我国在电网运行方面已经具备的硬件、软件及管理经验论证了联网可行性,提出通过建设统一的调度平台、提高智能调度水平、开展危机调度研究、促进调度人员交流等方式应对三华特高压同步电网对调度方式的影响。
This paper presents the basic facts of the ultra-high voltage (UHV) AC transmission pilot project and the three regional grids of North China, East China and Central China. It discusses the necessity of the UHV synchronous interconnection of the three regional power grids in terms of optimization of energy resources allocation, economic development and improvement of the safety and stability of power grids, and the feasibility of the UHV AC interconnection in terms of the availability of the hardware and software and management experience in China's power grid operation system. The paper proposes that a unified dispatch platform should be built, smart dispatch be improved, emergency dispatch be studied and exchange of dispatch operators be promoted to address the possible impacts of the UHV AC interconnection on the power grid dispatch mode.
