摘要
直升机旋翼共锥度是旋翼动平衡测量的一个重要参数。它直接影响直升机机动性能、安全性能等多方面重要指标。针对在旋翼高速旋转的状态下测量共锥度值的系统特点,设计了一种激光测距装置,利用激光和反光镜构成三角形光路,在反光镜上标记矩形刻线,利用矩形刻线在摄像机靶面上的成像信息求出反光镜的位置角度信息,进而利用三角形几何原理计算被测点到激光测距装置的距离。从而实现距离测量。将其用于直升机旋翼共锥度测量中,可实现对直升机旋翼共锥度值的非接触、高精度测量。对该装置的结构和计算过程进行了简要介绍。该装置具有结构简单、使用方便、精度较高、支架非结构性形变对测量结果无影响的特点。
Helicopter rotor pyramid angle is an important parameter for rotor dynamic balance.It is directly affects the performance of helicopter mobility,security and so many key indicators.According to the characteristic of the rotor pyramid angle at a high speed,a laser ranging device is designed,which is constituted of a triangular optical laser and mirror.The mirror is marked by engraved rectangle lines,and then the position and angle of the mirror can be calculated by the camera imaging of the rectangle lines,The distance between measured points and the laser ranging device can be achieved by triangle geometry calculations.To taper for measurement of helicopter rotor,the helicopter rotor can be realized on taper of the non-contact,high precision measurement.The structure of the device and the calculating process are introduced.The device has a simple structure,easy to use,high accuracy,non-structural deformation measurements showed no effect on the merits.
