摘要 本文研究液相添加剂( Cu O、 V2 O5 、 Li F、 Pb O、 H3 B O3 、 Bi2 O3) 对 Nb2 O5 Bi2 O3 Zn O 系陶瓷的烧结和介电特性的影响基于实验结果, 研制的 Nb2 O5 Bi2 O3 Zn O 系陶瓷的烧结温度900‘ C, 介电性能为: εr = 150 ~170 , tan δ= 0002 ~0008 (100 M Hz) , 电容温度系数( Δ C C) ±5 %(1 M Hz) The effects of liquid additives (CuO, V 2O 5, LiF, PbO, H 3BO 3, Bi 2O 3) on the sinterability and dielectric properties of bismuth based ceramics were investigated The sintering temperature of all these materials are lower than 900  C Nb 2O 5ZnO Bi 2O 3 ceramics with ε r =150~170,tanδ=0 002~0 008(100Mhz) and ΔC/C±5%(1Mhz) were obtained
