临床实习是医学教育的重要部分,也是培养高素质临床医生的关键环节之一。探索如何提高临床实习教学质量有重要的意义。在临床实践中,通过规范和强化临床带教管理、实习过程管理以及建立有效的考核和评估体系,大大提高了临床实习教学质量。
Clinical practice is an important component in medical education and is also one of the key steps for nurturing highly qualified medical talents.It is important to explore the methods for improving the quality of clinical teaching and clinical practice.In our practice,we have strengthened the management of clinical teaching and learning process,and established the effective assessment and evaluation system,which has highly improved the quality of clinical teaching and clinical practice.
