摘要
在临床生物化学与检验课程中采用案例教学,重点在于结合教学大纲精选案例、案例设计合理、提出合适的问题以及对问题进行课堂讨论并总结。案例教学法在完成教学任务的同时,不仅激发了学生的学习兴趣,而且培养了临床思维能力,提高了学生的综合素质,更好地使理论教学与临床实践相结合,真正做到教学相长。
Case-based teaching method is applied in clinical biochemistry and laboratory course.It is the key for choosing,designing,questioning and discussing the cases according to the teaching program.With the completion of the teaching tasks,it stimulates students' interest in learning,trains their clinical thinking ability and improves their overall quality,which helps the better combination of medical theory with clinical practice.Case-based teaching method is beneficial to both learning and teaching.
