摘要
目的：探讨理论与实践结合培训模式对消化科新进护士进行培训的效果。方法：对新进消化科的56名护理人员进行本专业护理基础理论知识授课，课后进行实践课程带教。结果：56名护理人员在培训前后的理论知识考核及实践操作考核与培训前的考核评估比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：理论与实践结合培训模式能提高消化科新进护理人员的理论、临床技能，该模式在实施培训中切实可行，值得推广。
