理论与实践结合培训模式对消化科新进护理人员培训体会

摘要 目的:探讨理论与实践结合培训模式对消化科新进护士进行培训的效果。方法:对新进消化科的56名护理人员进行本专业护理基础理论知识授课,课后进行实践课程带教。结果:56名护理人员在培训前后的理论知识考核及实践操作考核与培训前的考核评估比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:理论与实践结合培训模式能提高消化科新进护理人员的理论、临床技能,该模式在实施培训中切实可行,值得推广。 Purpose: to combine theory with practice training modes for the digestion branch in the training results, methods: to enter the new section 56 of the nursing staff of professional care for this theory of knowledge, after class to teach the courses with practice. : 56 of the nursing staff in the training of theoretical knowledge and practical test and examination before the training of the assessment, the difference in meaning are statistics (P〈0.05). Conclusion: theory and practice with the training modes of digestion branch in theory, the nursing staff skills, the mode in the practical implementation, it is worth promoting.
