摘要
女性在中国科技人力资源中占有重要地位。但科技女性发展中也存在一些不可忽视的问题,最为突出的是各类高层人才女性只占"5%"的高层缺乏问题。本文采用定性研究方法,通过中高层女性科技人员、管理者和男性伙伴的讲述与分析,反映科技领域女性人才的成长状况、发展规律、主要障碍以及政策需求与建议。
This paper discusses that though women form an important segment of human resources in science and technology,there are issues that are not to be neglected and that hinder the development of women in science,the most outstanding of which is the shortage of women at senior levels as women form only five percent of senior personnel.This paper adopts qualitative methods to study views of senior women personnel and their male counterparts to reflect the growth of women personnel in science and their development tendency,barriers to their growth as well as policy required for their advancement.
