天芪降糖胶囊对糖耐量减低患者脂肪代谢组学的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究天芪降糖胶囊对糖耐量减低患者血清代谢物的影响,探讨天芪降糖胶囊的作用途径。方法应用UPLC/TOF-MS液质联用分析方法,建立人血清代谢指纹谱,进行主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘法-判别分析(PLSDA),观察天芪降糖胶囊的干预效果。结果治疗3个月、6个月后受试者血清代谢物发生了明显变化,天芪降糖胶囊参与机体在磷脂、糖脂、核苷、肉碱等代谢水平的修复过程。结论应用代谢组学方法,可以从整体出发研究天芪降糖胶囊对机体的作用,从小分子代谢物变化衡量其疗效。 Objective To study the effects of tiangijiangtang capsule on lipid metabolomics in impaired glucose tolerance patients. Methods A UPLC/TOF-MS based methods were used for serum metabolic fingerprinting analysis. Multivariate statistical analysis was used to analyze the metabonome difference Results The statistically significant changes were found in levels of lipids, acylearnitine, glycosphingolipid and glucuronidation (all P〈0. 05) after the treatment with tianqijiangtang capules for 3 and 6 months as compared with untreated people Condusion The UPLC/TOF-MS based metabonornic approach can give some explain to the pathophysiology of impaired glucose tolerance, as a supplement for clinical diagnosis and therapy.
