摘要
本方法是用乙醚萃取工业氯化铵样品中的十八烷基胺后,再用邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定样品中的铁含量。测定波长510nm ,络合物在氯化铵环境中15~75min 内可稳定存在,测定极限为0~0 .25mg 铁,空白试验吸光度值为0.002,回收率95.0 % ~106.0% ,对同一样品进行8 次平行测定的测定结果相对标准偏差为1.39 % 。
n-Octadecylamine was extracted and removed by ether and Fe 2+ in industrial grade ammonium chloride was determined by spectrophotometry at 510 nm wavelength with o-phenethroline as a chromogenic agent.Fe 2+ -o-phenethroline complex was stable within 15~75 min in ammonium chloride solution.The detection limit was 0.25 mg Fe. 2+ Blank absorptivity was 0.002.The recovery of Fe 2+ was 95.0%~106.0%.The relative standard deviation for 8 parallel determinations of the same sample was 1.39%.
