摘要
近年来磁共振成像(MR I)技术发展较快,各种成像方法及硬件设备不断更新改进,在临床和科研方面的应用范围也变得越来越广泛。随着多通道线圈以及显微线圈在眼部的应用,已明显提高了正常眼部解剖结构的显示及眼部病变的定位和定性诊断水平。现依据眼部不同解剖位置介绍各部位常见疾病的MR I特点以及该领域的部分科研情况。在总结眼部MR I的临床应用与科研发展的同时,也指出了目前存在的不足以及今后可能出现的发展趋势。
Recently,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) has been improved dramatically,with the developments in imaging sequence and hardware equipments.Thus,clinical practice and studies with MRI has become more popular.Following the use of multi-channel coil and microscopy coil,the display of normal ocular anatomy and diagnostic capability of ocular disorders have been improved markedly.This review aims to introduce the characteristics of ocular MRI and its preliminary application in the clinical practice and experimental studies,elaborating the technical demerits and summarizing the development trend of ocular MRI.
