摘要
目的:加强药品盘点管理,提高药品管理水平。方法:依托医院信息系统,建立药品实时盘点模式,并对其准确性的影响因素和盘点盈亏原因进行分析。结果与结论:该模式主要功能包括药品筛选功能、自动结算功能、动态盘点功能等。影响药品实时盘点准确性的因素包括药品信息的维护、申请单的处理、患者处方的核发等,盘点盈亏原因主要分为人为因素、药品因素、计算机因素、管理因素等。该模式的应用大大提高了工作效率,使药品管理更加人性化、科学化、数据化、系统化。
OBJECTIVE：To improve the drug checking management and to upgrade the drug management of pharmacy. METHODS：With the hospital information system,the real-time drug checking model was set up. The influencing factors of accuracy of model and the reason for profit and loss were analyzed. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：Main functions of the model were drug screening function,automatic settlement function and dynamic checking. The influencing factors of accuracy include drug information maintenance,application disposal and prescription checking,etc. The reasons for profit and loss mainly are human factor,drug factor,computer factor,management factor and so on. The work efficiency and quality of the whole pharmacy is greatly improved by humanity,scientization,datamation,systematization of drug management.
