摘要
目的探讨护理干预对剖宫产术后恢复的影响。方法选择德州联合医院收治的剖宫产产妇60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组对产妇术前、术后进行合理的护理干预,对照组给予传统妇科护理方法,没有任何干预措施。结果经过护理干预,治疗组术后开始进食的时间,术后排气、拔除尿管以及下床活动的时间均比对照组提前,泌乳量充足。两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇术前、术后进行合理的护理干预,对剖宫产术及术后恢复均有一定的作用。
Objective Discussion nursing intervenes after splits the palace to produce the influence which the technique restores.Method Chooses Dezhou unites hospital admitting to split the palace to produce the parturient woman 60 examples,divides into the treatment group and the control groups each 30 example stochastically.The treatment group after the parturient woman technique in front of the technique carries on the reasonable nursing intervention,the control group gives the traditional gynecology department to nurse the method,does not have any intervention measure.Result After the nursing intervention,after the treatment group technique starts the time which eats food,after the technique exhausts,the wiping out ureter as well as gets out of bed the active time compared to the control group ahead of time,secretes the young quantity to be sufficient.Two group of comparison differences have statistics significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion After the parturient woman technique in front of the technique carries on the reasonable nursing intervention,after splits the palace to produce the technique and the technique restores has certain function.
