摘要
目的探讨自体骨游离移植修复下颌骨缺损的临床疗效。方法选择60例下颌骨缺损的患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。观察组给予患者自体髂骨、肋骨游离移植修复治疗,对照组给予患者单纯肋骨修复治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组与对照组的有效率分别为100%和20%,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论自体骨游离移植修复下颌骨缺损操作简便,术式简单,修复效果满意,值得临床推广应用。但单纯肋骨修复下颌骨缺损效果较差。
Objective Discussion from body bone dissociation transplant repair mandible damage clinical curative effect.Methods Chooses 60 example mandible damage the patient,divides into the observation group and control group each 30 examples stochastically.The observation group gives the patient from the body lliac,the rib dissociation transplant repair treatment,the control group gives the patient the pure rib repair treatment,observes two groups of patient＇s clinical curative effects.Results The observation group and control group＇s effectiveness respectively is 100% and 20%,two groups of comparison differences has the significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Is simple from the body bone dissociation transplant repair mandible damage operation,the technique type is simple,the repair effect is satisfied,is worth the clinical promoted application.But the pure rib repair mandible damage effect is bad.
