摘要
采用微波提取轮枝拟青霉发酵菌丝体中的虫草菌素,HPLC法测定提取液中的虫草素含量,在单因素试验的基础上,用正交试验进行工艺参数的优化。优选出的最佳提取工艺为蒸馏水40mL,固液比1∶200,中火(P50)处理3min。在此最佳条件下,轮枝拟青霉中虫草素含量为3.247mg/g,工艺简便可行。
Microwave-extraction technology for extracting cordycepin from Paecilomyces verticillatus GZ was studied in this paper. On the basis of single-factor experiments, the orthogonal test was used to optimize the technological parameters. The optimal extraction procedure was obtained as follows : distilled water 40ml, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 200 and the time of middle fire power treatment 3min. Under these conditions, the content of eordycepin reached 3. 247mg/g. The technology was simple and feasible and can be used as a reference for eordycepin production.
