凹凸棒土在BIIR/PP热塑性弹性体中的应用研究

摘要 通过动态硫化工艺制备了溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)/聚丙烯(PP)热塑性弹性体,研究了加工时间、填料、硅烷偶联剂的品种和用量对弹性体力学性能的影响。结果表明,动态硫化制备热塑性弹性体的时间约为800 s;用适量凹凸棒土(AT)替代N330填充补强BIIR/PP热塑性弹性体时,随着AT用量的增加,TPE的性能先提高再降低,N330/AT为25/5时力学性能较好;通过不同偶联剂改性AT,使用Si-69改性AT填充的TPE力学性能较好,Si-69的用量为AT用量的3%为宜。 Brominated butyl rubber (BIIR) / polypropylene (PP) thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) was prepared by dynamic vulcanization technology. The effects of time, fillers, silane coupling agents' kind and level on mechanical properties of BIIR/PP TPE were studied. The results showed that the time preparing TPE was about 800s; Attapulgite (AT) could partly replace carbon black N330, with the increase of AT, mechanical properties of TPE first increased and then decreased. When the ratio of N330/AT was 25/5, BIIR/PP TPE had excellent peoperties; AT was modified by different silane coupling agents, the properties of TPE were improved mostly by Si-69 and Si-69 content was 3% of AT was best choice.
