摘要
采用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)、两性聚丙烯酰胺以及聚合氯化铝(PAC)对废纸造纸污泥进行单一或复合调质,通过测定比阻以评估调质效果。结果表明;无论是单独使用还是与PAC复合使用,两性PAM调质的脱水效果均好于CPAM,APAM只有与PAC复合使用才能用于污泥的脱水调质,APAM与PAC的投加量对比阻影响较大。综合脱水效果以及从经济方面考虑,APAM与PAC的复合使用可达最优脱水效果。
Cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM),anionic polyacrylamide(APAM),amphoteric polyacrylamide and polyaluminium chloride(PAC) were used separately or together to condition the paper mill sludge,measuring the specific resistance to filtration(SRF) of the sludge to evaluate the dewaterability.The results show that amphoteric polyacrylamide is better than CPAM whether being used separately or together with PAC.APAM can efficiently condition the sludge only used with PAC,the dosage of flocculants has a great influence on SRF.Integration of dewaterability and economically thinking in experiments,the combining use of APAM and PAC is the best in sludge dewatering.
