摘要 介绍了我国5 个油田试用钢丝绳连续抽油杆抽油系统的情况。根据现场试验数据,初步分析了油井产量和泵效得以提高的原因,认为钢丝绳连续抽油杆抽油系统在我国的试用是成功的,无论是下泵深度、泵径,还是钢丝绳连续抽油杆的使用寿命,均超过了国外的水平。钢丝绳连续抽油杆的使用优势已充分显示:接箍数量和事故次数减少,劳动强度减轻,起下速度、泵的有效冲程和冲程效率提高,检泵周期延长。同时,针对钢丝绳连续抽油杆抽油系统试用中存在的问题,提出了推广应用的建议。 Reducing and controlling the residual stress in oil and gas linepipe is one of the important measures for improving the quality of the welded pipe. According to the plastic elastic bend theory of plate, the equations for calculating the residual stress in the bending plate are deduced, thereby the calculated values of the residual stress in the welded pipe are estimated by using the cutting circle method. Analysis shows that, the estimated values conform with the measured values, and their correlative coefficient R 2 is 0 8720. The above mentioned method can be used for the test and monitoring of the residual stress in oil and gas linepipe.
