摘要
为了提高中小燃煤锅炉的烟气脱硫效率,改进干法烟气脱硫技术、湿法烟气脱硫技术的不足之处,研究了半干半湿烟气脱硫方法。重点研究了钙硫 比、烟气温度、喷水量、加湿喷嘴位 置对烟气脱硫效果的影响。结果表明,在135 ℃以下,增大钙硫比有利于提高脱 硫率; 在不低于100 ℃时, 尽可能降低反应温度有利于提高脱硫率;在 Δ T 不小于15 ℃时, 增大喷水量有利于提高脱硫率。为半干半湿烟气脱硫技术的实际应用提供了参考数据。
In order to improve the efficiencies of flue gas desulfurization, and to correct the backward of dry flue gas desulfuriziation and wet flue gas desulfurization. A half-wet-half-dry flue gas desulfurization method is proposed. The influences of Ca/S ratio, the temperature of flue gas, the amount of injection water and the direction of the nozzle on the efficiencies of flue gas desulfurization were studied. The results showed that below 135℃, increasing the Ca/S ratio could improve the efficiencies of desulfurization; above 100℃, decreasing the temperature of reaction could improve the efficiencies of desulfurization; when Δ T ≥15℃, increasing the amount of injection water could improve the efficiencies of desulfurization therefore this study provided reference data for half-wet-half-dry flue gas desulferization.
