摘要
目的了解浙江省沿海地区8-10岁学龄儿童碘营养状况,为碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样法抽取浙江省沿海地区10所小学共540名在校儿童,采集晨尿、血液和小学所在地食用盐、饮用水进行检测。结果沿海地区学龄儿童尿碘中位数为208.2μg/L,其中城市为189.7μg/L,农村为226.8μg/L;亚临床甲状腺功能减退检出率为0.93%;所在地盐碘中位数为27.0 mg/kg,合格率为82.2%;水碘中位数为5.7μg/L。结论浙江省沿海地区小学生碘营养状况较好,但农村地区碘盐合格率较低。应进一步加强合格碘盐的供应和监测工作。
Objective To evaluate the status of iodine nutrition of school-age children(aged 8-10 years) in coastal areas of Zhejiang Province and to explore a scientific basis for the prevention of iodine deficiency disorders.Methods A cluster sampling method was applied to select 540 school-age children from 10 primary schools in coastal regions of Zhejiang Province.Their morning urine,blood,salt and drinking water of school location were tested.Results The median urinary iodine of school-age children in coastal areas of Zhejiang Province was 208.2μg/L,and the coastal county and the coastal city was respectively 226.8μg/L and 189.7μg/L.The rate of subclinical hypothyroidism for them was 0.93%.On the other hand,the primary location of median salt iodine and median water iodine was respectively 27.0mg/kg and 5.7μg/L,and the qualified rate of iodine salt was 82.2%.Conclusion The school-age children in coastal areas of Zhejiang show a good iodine nutritional status,but the qualified rate of iodized salt in the county is low.The supply of qualified iodized salt and monitoring should be further enhanced.
