摘要
采用宁波市三江河道淤泥和建筑渣土为原材料,进行制备烧结类墙体材料的基础研究。本文分析了多个采样点不同深度的河道淤泥和建筑渣土的矿物组成、粒径分布、有机质含量、重金属含量等基本的物化性质。结果表明,河道淤泥在深度方向上矿物组成几乎相同,粘土质含量呈现层状分布;淤泥可利用的深度超过5m;建筑渣土与河道淤泥物相组成相同,也可以作为建材化利用的原料。河道淤泥和建筑渣土烧结后样品中存在Cr与As的浸出量升高的问题,利用水玻璃可以有效降低烧结后Cr与As的浸出量。
Using silt of the three rivers and construction waste in Ningbo as raw materials,the fundamental research of manufacturing the sintered wall materials was investigated.We analyzed fundamental physical and chemical properties of silt and construction waste,including mineral composition,particle size distribution,organic matter content,heavy metals content of river silt and construction waste from different depths of several sampling points in Ningbo.It is indicated that clay content of river silt is presented stratified distribution with almost the same mineral composition in depth direction;the depth of the silt can be used greater than 5m;construction waste also can be used as raw material for building because of the same phase composition as river silt.Our research discovered that Cr and As leaching would rise when river silt and construction waste were sintered for building materials,and sodium silicate can be used to solve this problem.
