摘要
为实现车用柴油机潜在振动故障有效诊断,基于建立的车用柴油机状态监测系统提取车用柴油机振动信号,并得出不同嵌入相空间下车用柴油机机身振动信号时间序列关联维数的变化规律。研究结果表明:车用柴油机振动信号时间序列是混沌序列,影响车用柴油机振动信号的系统内部因素最多可达8个,最少不会少于1个;缸盖振动既具确定性,又具混沌特性,而缸套振动、机身振动则可以认为是混沌振动。
In order to realize the efficient diagnosis of potential vibration fault from the vehicle diesel engine,vibration signals of vehicle diesel engine were picked up using state monitoring system for vehicle diesel engine,and their changing regularities of the correction dimension were gotten in different embedding spaces.The results show that there are fractal and chaos features in the de-noising vehicle engine vibration system,and there are eight internal factors at best and one internal factors at least.There are certainty and chaotic identity coexisting in cylinder cover vibration,but cylinder knot vibration and fuselage vibration are chaotic vibration.
