摘要
目的:探讨超声心动图右心声学造影联合高频经胸壁超声在检测肺动静脉瘘中的应用价值。方法:经外周静脉注射激活高糖水进行右心声学造影;经胸壁高频超声直接检测肺动静脉瘘畸形血管团。结果:3例患者于右心显影2~4个心动周期后左心开始显影。经胸壁超声均直接探查到无回声团块,并测得以收缩期为主的连续性分流信号。结论:右心声学造影与高频经胸壁超声联合可准确诊断肺动静脉瘘,并可明确病灶的解剖细节及分流量。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of bubble contrast echocardiography combined with high resolution transthoracic ultrasound in detecting pulmonary arteriovenous malformation(PAVM).Methods:Three patients with congenital PAVM formed the study population.Bubble contrast right ventricle echocardiographic studies were performed.Transthoracic echocardiograms using an apical view were performed to assess the appearance of bubble contrast in the systemic ventricles.High resolution transthoracic ultrasound examinations were then performed to detect the mass of PAVM directly.Results:Positive contrast echocardiographic results were found in all patients.Transthoracic ultrasound revealed all the masses to be anechoic.Conclusion:Bubble contrast echocardiography combined with high resolution transthoracic ultrasound is an accurate method to diagnose PAVM,and can provide detailed information for clinical use.
