四种中药提取物的动物光毒实验 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对筛选的黄连、黄柏、姜黄素、紫草素四种中药提取物进行豚鼠皮肤光毒性试验,预测这几种物质在UVA波长范围是否有潜在的皮肤光毒性。方法:动物选择普通级别白化豚鼠30只,光源规格为PHILIPS公司生产TL60W/10R,UVA波长320~400 nm,波长峰值365 nm。UVB〈0.1 J/cm2,按照07年卫生部化妆品规范中的动物皮肤光毒性试验进行。结果:这四种物质在UVA波长范围的动物光毒性试验中均未显示有光毒性。结论:按照化妆品安全性检测,这四种中药提取物可以添加于化妆品中应用。 Objective:The extracts of coptis,phellodendron,curcumin and shikonin were topically used to guinea pig skin for phototoxicity test to investigate on the potential skin phototoxicity.Methods:The 30 animals selected ordinary level in albino guinea pigs,the UVA source was specifications for the PHILIPS company TL60W/10R,wavelength was between 320~400 nm,the peak wavelength was 365 nm.UVA0.1 J/cm2,The test was under the guide with the 2007 Ministry of Public Health in the animal skin cosmetics phototoxicity tests.Results:The skin phototoxicity test in animals by the four substances in the warelength were not showed phototoxicity.Conclusion:The four herbal extracts in accordance with the safety testing of cosmetics can be added to cosmetics production.
