5例早期蕈样肉芽肿诊治回顾 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨早期蕈样肉芽肿的临床特征和疗效。方法:回顾分析5例患者的临床表现、组织病理、免疫组化及维A酸联合免疫治疗等情况。结果:5例患者临床表现各异,伴有明显瘙痒。组织病理学特征为亲表皮性,可见Pautrier微脓肿,免疫组化显示CD3+,CD45RO+,维A酸联合免疫治疗2个月皮损完全消退。结论:蕈样肉芽肿早期表现多样,多次、多部位的病理活检以及免疫组化有助于提高早期诊断,早期维A酸联合免疫治疗效果好。
