摘要
实践是工程的本质属性。本文在分析工程内涵的基础上,基于工程实践的能力目标,剖析工程训练中心、公司大学和教学工厂三种实践教育模式,揭示其跨越学校和产业、专业和职业界限的成功经验,以及各自的特点和局限性,进而对我国工程师实践能力培养提供相应建议。
Practice is the essential attribute of engineering.On the basis of engineering connotation analysis and aiming at the practice-based objective,the paper analyzes three practical education models of engineering training center,corporate university and teaching factory,discloses their characteristics,limitations and successful experience in crossing the boundaries between schools and industries,professions and occupations,and thus provides relevant suggestions in training the practice abilities of Chinese engineers.
