摘要
基于建构主义理论的PBL理论通过互动讨论及概念辨证等方式,培养学生观察研判、探究思考、解决问题、归纳整合及沟通表达等实际应用能力。该理论在中国的实施存在四个问题。本研究提出三个解决方案:加强校企合作,更新教师的理念与健全管理监督机制,构建WARE教师模式、塑造SOFT教师角色。最后提出基于PBL理论的工科人才培养模式的优点。
PBL, a new teaching model based on constructivism theory, lays emphasis on the tiaining of learners practice abilities such as observation and judgment, research and thinking, problem solving, induction and integration, and communication and expression through ways of discussion and concept differentiation. The implementation of PBL theory in China has confronted four problems. Thus, this paper proposesd three solutions: strengthening the cooperation between universities and companies, renewing teachers' ideas and consolidating the management and supervision system, and establishing new teachers' mode of WARE and teachers' role of SOFT. At last, the paper introduces the advantages of the training model based on PBL theory.
