摘要
为得出高海拔、污秽和覆冰地区闪络性能优异的复合绝缘子技术参数,在大型多功能人工气候室对不同气压、污秽和覆冰条件作用下7种不同型式复合绝缘子短样的直流闪络特性进行了对比研究,分析了试验所采用的改进U型曲线法最小样本数的合理性。试验结果表明:冰闪电压梯度与低气压之间满足幂函数关系,气压影响特征指数n在0.397~0.711之间。同时分析了试品伞型结构、染污程度和冰厚对气压影响特征指数n及闪络梯度EH的影响,提出了在高海拔、污秽和覆冰环境下根据伞型参数选择具有最优闪络性能绝缘子的技术指标。
In order to find out the optimal configuration of composite insulator under high altitude,pollution,and icing conditions,we researched the DC icing flashover performance of seven types of pre-polluted short samples of composite insulators at low air pressure simulated by the multifunction artificial climate chamber,and analyzed the rationality of the minimum sample size of the improved U-type method.The test results show that the relationship between DC icing flashover gradient and air pressure meets power function,and the value of the exponent n describing the influence of air pressure is 0.397 to 0.711 for the 7 types of insulators.Moreover,we analyzed the influences of sheds configuration parameters,ice thickness,pollution,and air pressure on icing flashover performance,and put forward the selection of sheds configuration of UHV DC composite insulators in high altitude.
