摘要
采用"超滤/反渗透"双膜法作为提标改造工艺深度处理化工企业的生化处理尾水,中试结果表明:超滤系统对浊度、SS的去除效果较好,反渗透系统则对COD、电导率、TDS和硬度的去除效果较好,系统出水浊度、COD、电导率、TDS和硬度分别为0.1 NTU、6.09 mg/L、6.8μS/cm、2.8 mg/L和0.74 mg/L,在出水中未检测出SS,出水水质稳定达到《化工行业主要水污染物排放标准》(DB 32/939—2006)和《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》(DB 32/T1072—2007),并满足《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)的要求,可回用于工业生产。
Double-membrane technology of ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) was used as the upgrading and reconstruction process for advanced treatment of secondary biochemical wastewater from chemical plants. The pilot-scale experiment results show that turbidity and SS are well removed by UF, while COD, conductivity, total dissolved solids (TDS) and hardness are well removed by RO. The turbidity, COD, conductivity, TDS and hardness of the system effluent are 0. 1 NTU, 6.09 mg/L, 6.8 μS/cm, 2.8 mg/L and 0. 74 mg/L respectively, and SS are not detected. The effluent quality meets the Provincial Discharge Standard of Main Water Pollutants for Chemical Industry ( DB 32/939 - 2006) and Discharge Standard of Main Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant and Key Industries of Taihu Area ( DB 32/T1072 - 2007 ), it also meets Reuse of Urban Recycling Water -- Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses (GB/T 19923 -2005) and can be reused for industrial production.
