摘要 特高压换流站控制保护系统的分层结构采用分层分布式配置原则,两个极和每一极的每个换流单元的控制设备配置完全独立,并从I/O采样单元、传送数据总线、主设备到控制出口按完全双重化原则配置。直流控制系统的控制层根据特高压直流系统阀组串联的特点,分为双极控制层、极控制层、换流器控制层。特高压直流保护每一个设备或保护区都至少配置3套以上的独立保护,每套独立的保护均为性能完善的保护,使用独立的数据采集单元、通道和电源,分别组屏安装。文章对特高压直流控制保护系统进行了综述,从特高压直流控制保护系统的结构分层开始,介绍了特高压直流控制保护系统的控制与保护功能配置。 The control and protection system of +800kV UHVDC adopts hierarchical and distributed configuration principle. The control devices of each converter unit at two poles of rectifier/inverter substation are absolutely independent. In UHVDC control system, the duplicate disposition principle is adopted. I/O data acquisition unit, communication bus, control outlet and main equipments are all configured by the principle. According to the feature of series valve, the UH- VDC control system is divided into hi--pole control layer, pole control layer, converter control layer. In UHVDC protection system, at least 3 sets of independent protective relays are installed in every important device or protection area. And every independent relay is perfect performance and has independent data acquisition unit, communication channel and power supply. This paper summarizes control and protection system of UHVDC system. Based on the hierarchical structure of control and protection system, control and protection system is introduced in detailed.
