摘要 [目的]探讨用生理盐水和口泰溶液为机械通气病人进行口腔护理的效果。[方法]对40例经口气管插管机械通气病人分别采用生理盐水和口泰溶液进行口腔护理,观察使用两种溶液前后口腔细菌学培养结果,评价口腔护理后病人口腔异味及恶心、口干程度的变化。[结果]使用两种溶液后口腔菌落数及病人口腔异味、恶心、口干程度比较差异有统计学意义。[结论]经口气管插管机械通气病人应用口泰溶液进行口腔护理,能更加有效地清除口腔内的细菌,提高病人舒适度。
