摘要
针对非织造布袋使用中出现破洞、磨损等现状,选择3种不同相对湿度状态对试样的顶破、耐磨等耐用性进行测试。结果表明:由于非织造材料结构的不同,试样的耐用性随着试样厚度、面密度以及轧点数的增加而提高,尤其是轧点数影响明显;在其他条件相当的情况下,试样的顶破性能随着其含水量的增加而降低,但耐磨性反而在试样微湿状态下达到最好,随着含水量的继续增加反而降低;试样的耐平磨性能优于耐折边磨性。
As the appearance of broken hole and abrasion in the usage of non-woven bags, the properties of their busting, wearing and tearing under three kinds of relative humidity conditions were tested. Results showed that the durability of samples were increased with the increasing thickness, surface density and press points, especially the press points were influenced significantly, due to different structures of non-woven materials. Under the same conditions, the bursting property of samples was decreased by increasing content of water, but the durability was the best under the damp condition, decreasing with increasing content of water. The property of plane abrasion was better than that of hem abrasion.
