摘要
目的观察艾可合剂对家兔离体膀胱、前列腺部尿道平滑肌的舒张作用。方法取雄性家兔膀胱和前列腺部尿道肌条置于麦氏浴槽中,一端固定于浴糟内的L形管上,另一端连接于肌张力换能器上,负荷1 g,艾可合剂从低剂量倍增累积给药,间隔2 min,药物容量50μL,直至产生最大舒张效应,计算最大舒张效应的百分值,比较艾可合剂对离体膀胱和前列腺部尿道不同取材部位肌条反应的灵敏度,用RM-6240生物信号采集分析系统记录平滑肌收缩活动。结果艾可合剂对家兔离体膀胱体、三角区和前列腺部尿道平滑肌有舒张作用,对膀胱三角区腹侧横切肌条最为敏感,对前列腺部尿道部以尿道纵切肌条敏感,对膀胱颈环切肌条作用不明显。结论艾可合剂可以降低家兔离体膀胱、前列腺部尿道平滑肌的收缩活动。
Objective To observe the relaxant effect of Aike mixture (AKM) on isolated bladder and prostatic urethral smooth muscle of rabbits. Methods The bladder and prostatic urethral smooth muscle of male rabbits were placed in Magnus bath, one end fixed in the bath, and the other end connected to the muscle tension transducer. The load was lg, dosage of AKM was doubled from the accumulation of low-dose administration, dosing interval was 2 min, and capacity of drugs was 50 μL, until the maximum relaxation effect appeared. The percentage of maximum relaxation effect was calculated, reaction sensitivity of different parts of isolated bladder and prostatic urethral smooth muscle was compared, and contraction of smooth muscle was recorded by RM-6240 biological signal acquisition and analysis system. Results AKM could relax the smooth muscle of rat bladder, trigone and prostatic urethra, and the relaxant effect on transverse muscle of trigone of bladder was the most sensitive, on urethral longitudinal muscle of prostatic urethra was sensitive, and on ring muscle of bladder neck was not obvious. Conclusion AKM can inhibited contractile activity of rabbit isolated bladder and prostatic urethral smooth muscle.
